IT Architect - The IT architect
will perform enterprise architecture (EA),
service-oriented architecture (SOA), Functional
Architecture, and Component Architecture. The architect
will also work closely with the project manager,
engineers, and business systems analysts to determine
project vision and scope. The architect should be an
experience technical professional. The architect should be
well versed in technical risk assessment and management,
and be able to lay out clear technical plans.
The Architect should have full-lifecycle
experience with industry standard methodologies such as
RUP, XP, Agile, Waterfall, Natural Process, or others.
IT Engineer - The IT engineer
takes direction from the architect and further refines
the component architectures into detailed design of user interfaces, class diagrams, data models,
activity models, network/hardware models, etc. As the
project progresses, tasks will include prototyping,
requirements review, construction oversight, quality
assurance including code reviews, performance testing,
integration testing, and maintain interface controls.
The engineer will integrate requirements changes into
construction plans, and perform final testing and
packaging. |
